You never know when the unexpected is going to happen, but when it does happen, you're surrounded by chaos. Being prepared for the worst case scenario can at least make things a whole lot less chaotic.
When work interferes with life, it can result in employees getting burned out and decreases base morale in the office. While this may not be an option for employees, it proves that everyone needs time away from the office.
